What’s the shipping cost?

The price is generated automatically while the shipment form is being filled-in.

Is it possible to ship a parcel for example from Warsaw to Cracow?

Unfortunately, not. Presently, we operate only in Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań, Wrocław and Prague.

What is the shortest delivery time in cities in which you operate?

If you choose “the quickest delivery” option, the parcel will be picked up within an hour
and delivered within another one. The whole process will take no more than 2 hours.

How do I pay for your services?

For business account: at the end of the month, we count all parcels sent via our system.
On the basis of the value of those parcels we issue a collective invoice at the beginning of the next month.

For private account: the day after the parcel is shipped, we send an enquiry about personal data necessary
to issue an invoice. The invoice is issued at the beginning of the next month. 

How do you notify customers about their shipment status?

To the address of the sender we send a message informing about the order being placed.
Next, we confirm the order and finally inform about the order status change,
meaning the parcel is delivered to the receiver.

What happens if my parcel is not delivered?

We contact the sender and plan the next steps together.

What happens if the parcel is delayed?

We contact the receiver and ship the parcel to the indicated place.
